Dean of Dual Enrollment and Institutional Effectiveness, Golden West College
Dr. Lauren Davis Sosenko currently serves as the Dean of Dual Enrollment and Institutional Effectiveness at Golden West College, a role she has held since May 2023. In this position, she leads efforts to expand access to dual enrollment opportunities for high school students across the college’s service area and beyond. Prior to joining Golden West College, she served as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness at Compton College. Dr. Sosenko brings more than 20 years of experience in institutional effectiveness, research, and the use of data to support student success and institutional improvement.
