Led by experienced high school and college practitioners, DELA is an immersive professional learning experience that equips educators with the tools, strategies, and support to build successful dual enrollment programs.

DELA provides a structured learning experience that helps educators navigate the complexities of dual enrollment while creating equitable opportunities for students and strengthening collaboration between K–12 schools and higher education institutions.

Become a Certified Dual Enrollment Leader

DELA combines practical instruction, collaborative discussion, and real-world application to help participants lead dual enrollment initiatives with confidence, with the option to pursue certification as a Certified Dual Enrollment Leader through an additional portfolio submission.

I think it is going to transform how we operate. To say we were pleased with the Summer Institute is a huge understatement. Thank you for your hard work with that; you may never actually know the impact it is making in the schools that you touched, but I can tell you in ours it was transformative.
