DELA Overview

  • Hybrid course with 3 in-person meetings throughout California. 
  • 10 modules, including 5 synchronous modules in person and 5 asynchronous modules in Canvas LMS
  • Certification as a Dual Enrollment Leader available with additional portfolio submission

Modules include a focus on high-leverage practices and student supports that result in equitable outcomes for strategic student groups, including those who may not have been college bound or who are underrepresented in higher education.

New and Improved: Now including a newly enhanced Equity module and updated content supporting best practices and highly effective program elements designed to qualify for the California Dual Enrollment Exemplary Award.

DELA Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of the start of the first session.
  • For cancellations made between 60 to 80 days prior to the first session, a 50% refund will be issued.
  • For cancellations made more than 80 days prior to the first session, a 100% refund will be issued.
  • Participants may make a substitution at any time before the start of the first session. Please notify Laurena at laurena@dualenrollment.org of any substitutions in advance.
