Do you want to increase your understanding and expertise in successfully building and navigating your Dual Enrollment program and have the opportunity to become a certified Dual Enrollment leader?

Join DELA and learn from top High School and College leaders on how to guide and direct a successful Dual Enrollment program that will support closing the gap for first generation college students and increase achievement for all students.

Be empowered to take your Dual Enrollment program to the next level of community partner engagement, implement intentional pathways, qualify for state-level awards, and close the achievement gap for students.

DELA Overview

  • Hybrid course with 3 in-person meetings in Southern CA. 
  • 10 modules, including 5 synchronous modules in person and 5 asynchronous modules in Canvas LMS
  • Certification as a Dual Enrollment Leader available with additional portfolio submission

Modules include a focus on high-leverage practices and student supports that result in equitable outcomes for strategic student groups, including those who may not have been college bound or who are underrepresented in higher education.

New and Improved: Now including a newly enhanced Equity module and updated content supporting best practices and highly effective program elements designed to qualify for the California Dual Enrollment Exemplary Award.
