Early College Program Start-up

This webinar will walk participants through the essential phases of Early College program development—from initial decision‑making to implementation—drawing on real-world examples from practitioners who have built programs from the ground up. Attendees will gain insight into partnership structures, student support strategies, and practical tools that help districts create sustainable, equity‑driven Early College pathways.

CCAP with an Alternative College Partner (SB 1244)

With the passage of SB 1244, districts now have expanded opportunities to develop College and Career Access Pathways (CCAP) agreements with alternative college partners. This session will explore how these partnerships can be structured, what flexibilities the legislation provides, and how institutions are leveraging them to increase student access to dual enrollment. Practitioners currently implementing SB 1244 partnerships will share lessons learned, sample approaches to collaboration, and strategies for navigating operational and instructional considerations across institutions.

CSU/UC Partnerships
